2. Unhappy with the service and knowing we had booked our other two stays with OROTB and not wanting a similiar problem in the future, my husband went back to the front desk and they apologized for what happened and upgraded our room.

3. Excellent full service hotel, Front Desk staff were wonderfult, Bell Staff were wonderful, Valet Staff were wonderful, very fast and respectful, cleaning staff Xue was wonderful as well.
