1. We were a family of four but no matter how many times we requested, we couldnt get more than 2 towels when they cleaned up our room.

2. I know hotels are cutting back on the luxuries, cheaper toilet paper, fewer towels, no wash cloths or shower caps in some hotels, but to cut back on the drying of the bedclothes is carrying it a bit too far, this is the third hotel we have been in where the bedclothes were damp.

3. Then after we check in and go up to our room, we have no extra pillows, no extra towels and no top floor as I requested, and had a awful view.

4. Rooms are ok but no attention to detail when cleaning and had to call down every day for washclothes and towels even though they knew we had three people in the room.
