1. I made a reservation for this hotel for my husbands birthday 3 months in advance, and none of my requests were met, we got there after 9pm on Friday night March 30th, they still decided to charge us $28 to park for 3 hours, even though I said we are coming in from Columbia, SC and my husband is military, can we please be charged a half of a day.

2. Location: there is ONLY valet parking, NO FREE PARKING and they automatically charge $28 per day for the service, this was a SHOCK to me being that I used priceline and there was no way i would preknow about the paid parking.

8. Also, the Omni CNN Center didn't charge for in-room Internet service, while the Marriott charges $14 a day; and breakfast was free at the Omni, while a basic room-service breakfast at the Marriott costs an astounding $17.
