1. The front desk at check in was friendly and most of the staff we incountered was also.

6. The Pros:- The staff was very friendly upon check-in and we were surprised to find that our room was ready before the 3pm check-in time- The rooms are very tastefully done and even have reading lights attached to both sides of the headboards.

So we check in, and I tell the lady we requested too have a mini fridge 2 days prior, she informed me they were all out, and on a first come first serve availability, I then told her I had callled the Marriott and personally requested the fridge 2 days prior becuase we were bringing alot of food and drinks.

10. Then after we check in and go up to our room, we have no extra pillows, no extra towels and no top floor as I requested, and had a awful view.
