1. We parked around the corner in a lot for $18.00 per night and on Sunday found street parking for free.

9. Also on the positive side, the hotel is on a more human scale than its sister property, the Marriott Marquis about a half-mile away, and its rooms are larger than the Courtyard a block up the street.
