2. I also pointed out that if there were bed bugs in the room, it would be within the mattress and a clean set of sheets would not be a remedy.

6. i will never stay here again it was outrageous, myself and my friends decided to spend our last five nights in a prestigious hotel so splashed the cash, but not only was the room i was given unbearably loud and cold but when i complained they said they have no rooms till the morning so grit my teeth and went to bed and to my horror my bed was soaked in urine the sheets were just made up over this disgusting mess.

7. We didn't have any other problems with our room, but other people in our group had some additional complaints such as clogged bathtub drain, dirty sheets, etc. Finally, when we decided to check out on Saturday night, we were informed that the valet attendant couldn't find the car keys to my friend's car.
