6. Everyone I encountered did an excellent job - valet parkers, desk clerks, TCooks servers/bartenders, housekeeping, etc. The service was on par, maybe surpassing, service I've had at Ritz's and Four Seasons.

10. Don't be surprised with the $22.00 per day resort fee to cover things like wireless internet, valet parking, etc. We would not recommend the Royal Palms for younger children as there are fewer activities for them.
