1. The pool is very nice and they provide lovely towels, loungers and iced lemon water throughout the day.
"Very nice place but wasn't as impressive as the reviews suggest " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/29/2009 Vote
2. The only negative item (very minor) was the need to do some upgrades to the bathroom (and perhaps buy new towels, which we found thick but not at all absorbent).
"Top Notch Luxury Resort " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/29/2009 Vote
3. The room we stayed in was beautiful and the twice-a-day maid service makes sure that you always have fresh towels and your room is refreshed when you return from a night out.
"Three Words--Amazing Customer Service! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/26/2009 Vote
4. Their lemon ice water is the best , along with the ice cold towels they brought out to our chaise lounge in the sun.
"Relaxing Vacation! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/30/2007 Vote
5. Because everything had been perfect until Monday and because there were so many oversights - no towels at the pool after 5 PM, no water or towels in the fitness room, no ice at turn down, and one recurring irritation was a continuous problem with the mechanism on our door, the key had to be redone several times -- we assume that management was not present or the 'second team' has no training.
"Stunning except for the lack of management our last day and night. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/28/2011 Vote
6. Blow dryer, lighted mirror , many towels, slippers, robe and shower amenities is provided.
"Wonderful & Romantic " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/22/2009 Vote
7. One note of improvement might be the bath towels that should probably include a bath sheet, but everything else, from the robes to the beautifully scented amenities, from the flat screen TV to the extensive magazine selection, the free wireless Internet and the luxurious linens, made for a comfortable, serene several nights of meetings.
"A Cloistered Slice of 5-Star Heaven " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/28/2009 Vote
8. The swimming pool area is small and the lounge chairs would fill up each day but the staff was very accomodating setting up more seating as needed, refreshing used towels, providing ice water, adjusting umbrellas and serving light food.
"Great Small Resort for a Romantic Weekend Get Away " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/8/2009 Vote
9. They were always ready to fill a drink, bring a glass of water, find a chair, refresh towels, etc. The pool bar closes a little early (6pm?) but the pool and hot-tub remain open all night.
"Wonderfully relaxing with great service " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/19/2008 Vote
10. On the second night of our stay, we had to call housekeeping to receive turn down service and request to have our towels changed.
"Not All It Is Cracked Up To Be! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/16/2007 Vote
