8. Upon checkout, the van driver once again informed me that my car could not stay in front while I gathered my family, and I should put it back in the distant lot, or pay a valet fee to park in the empty valet lot for 20 minutes.

Staff was VERY nice (to be expected from any SPG hotel), but felt rushed from valet & also hard parking issues - it was raining the morning of our departure & the front entrance had virtually no canopy (we were traveling X-country, needed to put my top down to load some luggage & my car got soaked; no real options to avoid this - needs some better coverage).
