4. The club level was the clincher in loving the hotel--free evening snacks (not as much variety as I've had at other Sheratons but still good) and great breakfast with fresh fruit, oatmeal, eggs and pastries/bagels.

5. The surrounding area is nice with lots of shopping and lots of big name chain restaurants (good small local breakfast one next to hotel called Patachou).

9. My husband immediately informed the front desk and they moved us to a suite for the same room rate and gave us a complimentary buffet breakfast (which was really nice because the bill for breakfast was $51.00).

10. The new room on club level was the same but now had free breakfast (which is WAY overpriced) and a free drink for each adult in the room each night.
