1. Although the front staff did a good job diffusing the angry customers whose key card would not work, I would have appreciated a manager stepping in and recognizing my inconvenience -- perhaps by comping the over-the-top wi-fi fee.

2. Upon checkout, the van driver once again informed me that my car could not stay in front while I gathered my family, and I should put it back in the distant lot, or pay a valet fee to park in the empty valet lot for 20 minutes.

3. we`re here 4 days--and personally, $40 is a lot to pay for internet, so here I sit in the foyer using the fee wi-fi.

4. The health club next door used to be be free but now charge a $5.00 fee, I have stayed in much nicer places for a lot less.

5. Well they do not have a sauna any longer the hot tub was out of order and the fitness center is not in the hotel it's at Ballys for a 5.00 fee per person, all very misleading.
