1. That is kind of harsh considering many hotels offer it free of charge.

4. There are only two reasons that I did not give the hotel five stars is that they charge for internet service in your room and more importantly the room does not have a self-contained air conditioning unit.

8. I stayed at the Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel and Suites at Keystone Crossing and am amazed that they would even have the nerve to charge anyone to stay there.
