1. NE Washington is a relatively poor area, there's a lot of litter about , and the main highway outside sees vehicles thundering past, so take care when entering or leaving the parking lot.

2. he was on the news the next day (this happend in the parking lot) the next day there was a male and female that got in an argument then the girls friends got in and one of the girls pulled a handgun on the guy.

3. Good for a transit, standard rooms, basic accessories, etc. Good internet facility, ample parking and a basic buffet breakfast to start a day.

5. He then proceeded to tell us of people he knew who were shot in the parking lot, how muggers will watch you for a few days to learn your habits and then attack you and the scar on his wrist where he was shot when he was mugged in front of this motel.
