1. On the upside, the staff were friendly except for the breakfast lady (who somehow managed to take from 7am to 7:45 to 'set up' the breakfast when it opens at 7am, and is not too pleasant when approached), and if you are not too timid to walk through tougher neighbourhoods, it's actually well situated.

2. Pros: the hotel room was very clean and well taken care of, breakfast was decent although there were so many people staying there that finding a seat was a challenge, and it was close to the metra station (less than a 10 min walk).

3. room was clean except for the carpet bed was comfortable and free breakfast was a plus but internet never worked,water was very cloudy wen hot,coffee pot was rusted and dont wanna be walking around in the neighborhood after dark.

6. Breakfast was fair but adequate and you should have no trouble filling up if you're not picky since there were pastries, bagels, bread, waffle-maker, a couple kinds of cereal, hard-boiled eggs, milk and juice.

7. The hotel was full 3 of the 5 days and they were not well equipped to keep the breakfast items available during those days.

8. We wanted some silver ware so I went up to the breakfast area to get some silverware and the door was closed so I went up to front desk and she told me NO we can't have them because breakfast is close.
