1. Beds very comfortable and the neighborhood park (we had a room on the ground floor) is not burdensome.

5. room was clean except for the carpet bed was comfortable and free breakfast was a plus but internet never worked,water was very cloudy wen hot,coffee pot was rusted and dont wanna be walking around in the neighborhood after dark.

7. This hotel is a $9 cab ride to Union Station you can walk but the neighborhoods are not the best.

10. Moral of the story: If you don't mind dangerous neighborhoods and not being close to the national mall and other tourist attractions, then this will be OK for you.
