1. The front desk staff was nice, although they are behind bullet proof glass and I did get the feeling that it was a bad area of Washington even though it was a short distance from everything you would want to visit (about 2 miles).

6. When called the front desk about the power outage,she was rude and told us 'why did you have to start everything at the same time?' after waiting for 15-20 mins for power to come back on, we called the front desk back , she was rude and told us ' I heard you the 1st time some one will fix it '.

7. That's bad enough but when my husband needed medical attention and he asked the front desk, they told him they did not know where a doctor, clinic or hospital was so he should look it up on the internet.
