7. So, because of the great service, comfortable room and location (especially for Georgetown-related business), I would give the hotel 4 stars, but do think a bit more should be provided for the price.

9. Booking over the phone was easy and the customer service rep was quite professional, though I was a bit surprised she was not sure if the hotel had a port a crib.

10. We used our car during the day, and used the valet parking service at the hotel (free with AAA card) at night, so it worked out great for us with the young kids.
