1. You know, housekeeping forgets to restock you laundry bags, essentials, your coffee machine is broken, the laundry items are returned not quite as expected in spite of high charges, the restaurant makes you wait for 30 minutes (!) for the bill, your room is not ready on time etc., etc. I even wrote to GM on these issues, never a reply, never a 'sorry'.

2. The staff is friendly and helpful, although I think they need better management practices to avoid mistakes in the bills, which happened twice to me.
