1. It had all the signs of shoddy workmanship (thick and cracked caulking slapped over wallpaper, thin shower door that barely closed, shower that constantly leaked, etc.) I can get a better rate and get more usable room space at the GTown Holiday Inn up the street.

2. The television worked sporadically, the air conditioning not at all - overall, not nearly what I would expect for the $250/night AAA rate (and $395 for a Saturday night!).

4. After I spend the money on massage and Chiropractic to sort out my back from my stay here, I will have nearly paid the difference in rates at the Ritz Carlton.
