1. in short, good location, but otherwise, leave this hotel alone!(for the prices they charge there are much better options).

2. This would be OK if the price reflected this but it is quite an expensive hotel (maybe due to the location which is brilliant) to have rooms that were shabby looking (sun-faded wallpaper, fittings that did not always work, terrible A/C) and tiny walk-in bathrooms.
