Would not return : except the excellent location, nothing worth it : not so clean room (dirty tissues under the bed side table from the previous host : eww!) and bathroom, no free wifi in the room and not even in the lobby (are we in 2011?), none hotel in room stationery, breakfast restaurant overpriced and food not great.

7. Take the elevator down to the lobby to get coffee, no complimentary, had to get take out from the restaurant.
