1. I was expecting a very nice king and what I got when I opened the door was a huge, full, one bedroom parlor suite with a very decent bath, balcony off the parlor, pantry off the parlor, large parlor with dining table and 4 chairs, desk, sofa, etc.The bedroom was very spacious, excellent bed with a good mattress, desk, walk in closet, TV, two large chest of drawers and plenty of room to move around.

8. I scored this sweet hotel off of Priceline for $67/night during my last two nights in the nation's capital (note: October 2009) but the upgrade to a junior suite was all due to positive karmic energy (and a great front-desk gal - Georgia from Italy).
