That being said, I was happy that they upgraded me instead of just not fixing my problem, and the service in the hotel was good--room service was decent and arrived quickly, bell service was efficient, and the location of course is excellent for access to the Red Line Metro, walking to Adams Morgan, etc. The internet service is expensive, but it is fast and reliable when you sign up for it.
