3. Although there were 750 people at the conference (and a large proportion staying at the hotel) the 'couldn't give a toss' reception directed me to the $25 breakfast (not billed as $25 but when everything is rounded up with tips .

4. I had to dig through my bags to find my bill to prove that it was already paid -- it was kind of annoying.

5. On checkout, they charged me for two days of valet parking, when we self-parked (though the front desk easily removed it from my bill), and then when we tried to leave the parking lot, the attendant tried to charge us an additional 93.00 for parking.

10. When we ordered a meal to the room one night, not only did we have to pay an exorbitant tip + delivery charge already calculated into the bill, but also put up with the delivery person's uncalled-for comments about how much food we chose to order.
