1. The hotel started off on a good foot with welcoming valet and concierge service, however it went downhill once I got to the room.

4. where to begin-from the terrbil valet who attempted to remprimand me for parking my car in the exact spot cars were meant to be parked for valet service- simpy because he didn`t feel like parkign my car as he was invloved in a serious bout of procrastination.

9. Unless you want to hunt for a space on the street, the only parking at the Westin is valet in the hotel`s underground garage (I think only employees are allowed to access it).
