1. Side note: having the valet retrieve our car the morning of check out took about 15 minutes and we were the only ones waiting.

2. upon check out the next day (couldn`t come fast enough) i explained my issues with the stay to the manager on duty (housekeeping manager is the only one available) who could only offer me some extra SPG points- while explaining to me that there was little he could do as this was a union hotel.
