Yes, it`s under renovation to become The Fairfax but as far as I can see all available rooms are remodeled with new beds, furniture, fixtures, etc. It was an apartment building once upon a time and the rooms are all a bit different, some small, some with tubs, some with little counter space at the bathroom vanity.
