1. The hotel started off on a good foot with welcoming valet and concierge service, however it went downhill once I got to the room.

4. the concierge couldnt make us a reservation and gave us the wtong directions for the place we chose for dinner- nothing like walking 15 min in the wrong direction (as per the concierges directions) to hail a cab and find the place 3 blocks from the hotelwe took dessert back to the room- called room service for a fork- after 2 hours and 7 calls (at 9pm at night) i was told to go to the front desk- where the employee at the desk told me he couldn`t get me a fork and to go into the lobby bar and ask-just what i want to do in my pajamas- after standing next to an gentleman in a tux and his escort date for 15 min in the bar i finalyl got my fork.
