1. My clock radio did not work (not a difficult thing for housekeeping to notice and fix if they cared).

2. upon check out the next day (couldn`t come fast enough) i explained my issues with the stay to the manager on duty (housekeeping manager is the only one available) who could only offer me some extra SPG points- while explaining to me that there was little he could do as this was a union hotel.
