And their attitude was 'not our problem, we can`t help it, nothing can be done'-- early morning renovation commenced on every floor that I heard of (we were traveling with family on other floors, and based on comments exchanged in the elevator with other guests)-- the bathtub drain stopper kept breaking in our room.
