1. We used the 'expensive' valet, which worked like a charm, and was checked in fast and without any problems.

I will definitely be back, and I would also like to thank the parking valet staff, especially Stephen who is a major asset to this hotel and did more for marketing it than any expensive brochure or website could: just by being friendly, and giving me the impression that he was genuinely interested in making sure guests were looked after and comfortable.
