1. There was a section of wallpaper that was starting to come loose, the inside of the entry door was scuffed, the trim on the door to the toilet/bathtub room needed patching and painting and then there was the bed.

7. It's an old building and some of the details are a bit worn (eg, tired enamel in the bathtub, wallpaper peeling at the edges in some spots, uneven floor), but nothing major and certainly in line with what you'd expect in a building this old that is anything less than super-premium.

8. However, I found the room to be a bit worn down - the surface of the bathtub was peeling, the drains were slow, the carpet had several stains on it, and there were some other little issues around the room.
