1. Large rooms with furniture so that you don't have to eat or work on your bed; great location, a short walk to Metro and to Georgetown, as well as Dupont Circle, among other hotspots; friendly, attentive service; clean bathrooms that work (even if they're not the most modern); flat screen tv (but if you're here for the tv, what are you doing here?).
