1. What you don't get -- a fancy bar with overpriced drinks (but plenty are within a block or two); great food (though there is adequate room service); a touristy gift shop (but there's a 24 hour drugstore nearby for essentials); AND a $400/night bill.

4. The promissed improvements did not take place, they have treated the staff so badly that most of the old timers have left (good luck Reggie, John), the bar is a ghost town and the wine selection has gone from being one of the best in the area to the worst - even the ATM has been removed.
