The location was great to George Town but the actual hotel was run down, the staff was RUDE except for the

which tried to constantly make up for his staff's bad attitudes.

There was dirty soap in the tub, molded calking around the tub, nails sticking out of the walls, dirty carpets, paper cups and very rude
