1. In spite of a little mishap upon my arrival (I found hair in the bed and zink and tub, but was immediately given a new room) the housekeeping is excellent.

3. The hotel is older, and in our room some of the floor boards had scuffed paint, but the room was always kept very clean by housekeeping and we were always provided all of the normal amenities.

4. I must mention that there was a big splotch of something on the headboard, it actually looked like someone had ejaculated on it, we called housekeeping and they came and cleaned it up, other than that the room was perfectly clean.

9. We did not have bathrobes (as advertised on the hotel website), housekeeping did not replenish items (tea/coffee), did not put away the ironing board or throw away our old newspapers.
