4. Wifi was not free outside of the main lobby, and for two full days I paid nearly 20 bucks, which seems a little pricey.

5. If I were to critique the hotel on some things, it would be the lack of free wireless internet service.

7. Parking is expensive and there is a 3-tier payment system for WiFi that starts at 1Mb/sec -- it is not free -- although the login instructions in the room make no mention that you have to pay.
8. Fortunately Starbucks and free WiFi is right across the street.
9. While I won't deny this place is super swank and the energy of downtown Denver is exhilarating, I would much rather be in a smaller building with free wifi and a free breakfast or AT LEAST free hot beverage bar.

16. The good:- Nice roof-top pool- Excellent gym- Right downtown- Decent array of restaurants with decent food for a hotel- Executive floor worth it (i paid $20 a night for this) as you have free continental breakfast and free wireless.
17. I can live with that, but a La Quinta or Holiday Inn Express also wouldn't knock my socks off but I might get a free breakfast and free wifi and an airport shuttle to go with it.

19. There have been numerous complaints, on this site, about the lack of free WIFI, but management has ignored it.
20. The only negatives about the room were the bedding (stained duvet and stained and ratty blanket), the absence of a refrigerator (I think you could rent one if you wanted to), and the lack of free wireless Internet.
21. For the nightly rate, you'd think that parking & wifi could be free, but the travel industry is very much into nickle-and-diming consumers.
22. I had work I needed to do and I didn't feel than nearly $11 a day for Internet service was fair, given the fact that much cheaper hotels offer wireless access for free.
23. On the bright side, there is free wifi in a few of the adjacent businesses (Barnes & Noble, for example) -- but I truly hope that the Sheraton (which likely caters to many business clientele) re-examines this ill-informed Web access policy.
