1. I booked this hotel a few weeks ago to stay on May 4th and 5th after a 14 hour flight from Sydney, I was a bit worried when i read that people's rooms were being robbed as i took my new laptop with me, I also read reviews about rude staff, Small rooms, Small bathrooms, Hopeless Maid service, Dirty carpet where people didn't take off there socks & expensive slow internet.

2. Room was dirty - mold growing on door casing in bathroom, what looked like a booger on the shower curtain, bugs in the tub and no plug.

3. Our bathroom had hair and the sink was dirty.

4. very old and outdated, dirty bathroom floors and carpets stained.

5. The tile in the bathroom was stained dirty and the hinges on the door were rusted.

6. Last I checked, Deluxe does not mean '2 dead lightbulbs, dirty bathroom floor, hair in the sink, stained carpets, lost tv remote and an old starbucks cup of chew and cigarette butts and chewed bubble gum all over the balcony' - pretty gross.

8. 3/ the bedrooms was no better, no one cleaned the room properly while i stayed there, no bathroom was dirty, around the sink, plughole in the bath had humans hairs in it, the floor was not moped, cracks around the sink and bath.

9. Room was FILTHY ~ called in a supervisor, Kim, she arranged for a REcleaning while we were at Rod Stewart Concert ~ upon return room was still dirty, hairs in the bed and ALL over the bathroom ~ DISGUSTING.

10. Everything in the hotel is dirty & needs renovation - carpet, elevators, rooms, A/c, bathrooms (these are the items we had problems with during our stay).

15. upon check in there was pubic hair in the tub and bathroom sink was dirty an old tv unlike the large flat screen the tour showed and minimal tv stations i think there was only 12 Remote was broke.

Here is what our room was: floor was sticky, room smelled moldy, hair (not mine) all over the bathroom floor, a hand print made of who knows what on the bathroom door, dirty shower that could have been easily cleaned, mold all over the shower curtian, hair in the towels, most things in the room were broken and this was a Deluxe Room.

26. the bathroom was dirty, the shower was NASTY!and the drain didnt drain which added to the nasty factor not to mention that whenever you washed your hands in the sink it smelled cause it was also backed up, we called for toilet paper on like monday didnt get any called again on tuesday didnt get any only got a "smart ass" lady on the other end telling us that they would be right up with the Charmin which never happend.
