2. Made mistake of leaving my own pillow (which I travel with) in the room & have made several attempts to contact housekeeping to return to me (me paying the charges of course since it is a bit expensive chiropractic pillow) but they do not return my calls & front desk tells me there is nothing they can do but ask the person in charge of housekeeping.

10. no bed bugs, didn't feel dirty (other than the pillows), front desk agent knew the area and was helpful, free parking, the wifi in the room is fantastic (fast and easy!), and the hotel is right off the freeway.
