4. no bed bugs, didn't feel dirty (other than the pillows), front desk agent knew the area and was helpful, free parking, the wifi in the room is fantastic (fast and easy!), and the hotel is right off the freeway.

5. Extremely courteous staff, very quiet and spacious room, beautiful grounds, good location (about a 30 minute walk to the University of Arizona from the hotel down Tuscon's delightful downtown.
