7. no bed bugs, didn't feel dirty (other than the pillows), front desk agent knew the area and was helpful, free parking, the wifi in the room is fantastic (fast and easy!), and the hotel is right off the freeway.

10. The location of the motel was great for wherever you might want to go in Tucson: a short walk downtown, a 20-minute walk to the Art Museum and Artisans Block, a 40-minute walk to 4th Ave, an easy drive via the freeway to go elsewhere.
