5. Service was iffy, in that desk staff, which was very helpful, would have to make requests multiple times to maintenance or housekeeping staff, but eventually everything was taken care of.

Made mistake of leaving my own pillow (which I travel with) in the room & have made several attempts to contact housekeeping to return to me (me paying the charges of course since it is a bit expensive chiropractic pillow) but they do not return my calls & front desk tells me there is nothing they can do but ask the person in charge of housekeeping.

7. Some details:--Good location for doing things all over Tucson--Friendly, helpful staff--Pool was NOT heated--Hot tub did work well and was open until 11pm--Bennigan`s breakfast is quite dreadful, but it will fill you up--Rooms were clean, housekeeping was very thorough.
