2. We were expecting the Riverpark Inn to be a hotel 'downtown', but the name of the street it is on, 'Freeway', should have been a rather obvious clue.

3. The area & neighborhood is a bit sketchy & inconvenient despite it's close proximity to I-10 due to the weird one way streets.
