3. Everything could have used a good cleaning and makeover - the bathrooms, carpet, bedding, etc. If I end up going back to Tucson, there is no way I will ever stay here again.

4. There were bugs in the room, both living and otherwise, and someone else's hair in the tub(which stayed there for two days, even after a "cleaning") and I had to request a vacuuming and a bathroom cleaning twice to rid the room of these issues.
