2. The pillows that are provided are not firm whatsoever, which makes you wake up with a minor kink in your neck, not a BIG deal, just food for thought.

9. The beds had the 'Cloud Nine' description which is a great big (clean) fluffy comforter with cover, sheets, fluffy pillows and lap desk.
