1. They do have a free shuttle to the zoo that leaves at 10am and picks you up at 4pm- this is nice, but the zoo has free parking so we just drove over (under 10 min away).

10. The awkward part is that you need your room key to enter and exit the garage which I did not know, when I pulled up to check in and had decided to park and get my bags out first.
