Oh, if you book through the convention, they do use this hotel at about the same rate we paid but with a harsher cancellation policy, 72 hours I think, and with our booking directly through the hotel it was 48 hours and no credit card deposit - I`m a HiltonHonors member though so don`t know if that helped.

8. I checked in to the Hilton Resort at Torey Pines, about 20 minutes away and it was one of the nicest properties I have stayed at, and it was the same rate at $131.
