3. Within walking distance to the bayfront and Little Italy (2 blocks) - eat at Filippi's Pizza Grotto, this is the best place for authentic food with HUGE portions - family style and worth every penny.

5. Hot breakfast every morning - range of cold and hot food (loved being able to make own waffles!) 24hr coffee in breakfast area (with hazelnut or French vanilla flavored milk) and microwave available once breakfast over.
