3. I saw some of the reviews mentioned noisy, but I actually had a street view with 2 huge windows facing Pico and I didn't hear a thing.

6. It's close to markets, coffee shops, etc. We had a queen suite with a kitchen and great view of the city; the bed was comfortable but oddly located right next to a vent (though that didn't cause any problems).
