3. The bathroom door opened out and backed up against the bi-fold closet door with both of them intruding into the wash basin area which was just outside the bathroom.

8. Very large full kitchen that I doubt most guests need, and tiny bath vanity, maybe 30' wide, outside the tub/toilet room - kind of crammed in front of the closet.
